These terms govern your use of CastFork. Creating an account or using the service means you agree to them.
Effective July 12, 2026
You need an account to use most of CastFork. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for everything that happens under your account, including anything a co-producer or team member you’ve invited does with the access you granted them.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. CastFork is not directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under that age.
CastFork lets you send a live video stream to multiple destination platforms at once, produce a show from a browser-based Studio, schedule pre-recorded video to play as a live premiere, read and reply to chat from connected platforms in one place, and view analytics about your streams. Features, limits, and plan entitlements are described on our pricing page and may be adjusted as the product develops; we’ll call out changes that meaningfully reduce what a paid plan already includes.
We may update these terms as the product or the law around it changes. If a change is material, we’ll notify account holders by email or an in-product notice before it takes effect. Continuing to use CastFork after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms; if you don’t agree, you can close your account instead.
These terms apply for as long as you have an account. You can close your account at any time from account settings. We can suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, creates risk or legal exposure for us or others, or goes unpaid past the grace period stated on your invoice.
Where practical, we’ll warn you before suspending an account and explain why. We won’t always be able to warn you first — for example, in cases of suspected abuse, security risk, or a legal takedown request that requires immediate action.
“CastFork Properties” means our software, brand assets, documentation, and anything else we make available as part of the service, other than content you upload or stream through it. We own CastFork Properties and reserve every right in them that isn’t explicitly granted to you below.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CastFork Properties to operate your account, for as long as your account is active and in good standing.
You keep all rights to the video, audio, graphics, and other content you upload or stream through CastFork. We don’t claim ownership over it. To operate the service — relaying your stream to the destinations you choose, compositing Studio scenes, storing recordings — you grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and temporarily store that content, solely to provide the service to you.
You’re responsible for what you stream and for following the rules of every destination platform you connect — YouTube’s, Twitch’s, or anyone else’s community guidelines and terms of service apply to content sent there through CastFork exactly as if you’d uploaded it directly. Losing access to a destination platform because you broke that platform’s own rules is between you and that platform.
Using CastFork, you agree not to:
We can remove content or suspend an account that violates this policy, consistent with the termination section above.
If you believe content streamed, recorded, or stored through CastFork infringes your copyright, send a notice to copyright@castfork.com with: a description of the copyrighted work, the material you believe infringes it and where to find it, your contact information, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you’re authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
We’ll act on valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, which includes removing or disabling access to the material and notifying the account that posted it. An account that repeatedly infringes may be terminated.
We work to keep CastFork available and secure, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service — maintenance, upstream platform outages, and factors outside our control can affect uptime. If we discover a security issue affecting your account or content, we’ll take reasonable steps to address it and notify you where required by law.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle at the price shown at checkout for that cycle. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you’ve already paid for; we don’t provide partial refunds for unused time on a downgrade, though upgrades mid-cycle are prorated. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.
If we exchange non-public information in the course of a sales, support, or partnership conversation, each side agrees to use it only for the purpose it was shared for and to protect it with the same care it uses for its own confidential information, at minimum a reasonable standard of care.
Other than the content license described above, nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property between you and CastFork. Feedback you send us about the product may be used to improve CastFork without any obligation to you, and without disclosing your identity.
You agree to defend and indemnify CastFork against claims arising from content you stream or upload, your violation of these terms, or your violation of a destination platform’s own rules, to the extent permitted by law.
CastFork is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and our aggregate liability arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
You may not use CastFork in violation of U.S. export control or sanctions laws, including from a country or on behalf of a party subject to a U.S. embargo or on a restricted-party list.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both sides consent to that venue.
We’ll send legal notices to the email on your account. You can reach us at legal@castfork.com.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, along with our Privacy Policy and GDPR Compliance statement, are the entire agreement between you and CastFork regarding the service.
